Digital Antivirus

After my USB stick broke I was inspired to make this cyberpunk type prop. I'm not quite sure just what it is except that it has a nasty 2.5” needle sticking out of it. It could be a serious inoculation for a cyborg or some kind of flying autonomous assassination weapon.
